摘要 Y染色体为性染色体 ,呈全男性遗传。线粒体DNA为母系遗传 ,Y染色体与线粒体的DNA多态性可作为可靠的遗传标记 。 Y chromosome is sex chromosome, it can only be passed to all maleness. Mitochondrial DNA is maternally inherited, which means that it is passed only from an individual's mother. DNA polymorphism on Y chromosome and mitochondrion could served as reliable genetic Markers for studying origins and migrations of human.
