台湾加入WTO之后,教育市场的竞争会变得较为激烈,惟有积极突围创造竞争优势,才是台湾高等技职教育永续发展之道.高等技职教育一向是产业技术知识的主要创造者和累积者,从提升台湾整体竞争力的政策考量角度,如何促进技专校院和企业界的产学合作即为相当重要的课题.本文旨在探讨台湾加入WTO之后高等技职教育实施产学合作的因应策略,以供政府主管机关、企业与技专校院进行产学合作规划之参考.

The educational market competition is becoming more intense after Taiwan entering WTO. Only to create the competition advantage is the eternal development way of higher tec-vocational education in Taiwan.The higher tec-vocational education is the chief creater and accumulater of industry's technological knowledge. How to promote the industry-university cooperation is an important problem. The article aims at the tactics of industry-university cooperation after Taiwan entering WTO and provides the reference to the programme of industry-university cooperation.
