In vocational college,the administrative elepartment occupies an important position in campus culture construction.In order to give full play to it,we must determine the post culture level in accordance with the various duties of administrative department and coordinate the structure of administrative staff's cultural quality and strengthen cultural quality of administrative staff,so as to adapt to the new situation of campus culture in the vocational college.
