摘要
农民职业教育制度安排体现了典型的需求诱致型制度变迁路径.农民对职业教育的认识与理解,是基于他们不断地应对外部环境的变化与压力和反省与克服内部的中突与矛盾.通过对杨凌示范区94个农户的抽样调查资料分析,可以发现新世纪农民职业教育的总需求状况,满足农民职业教育需求的方式、内容与结构,以及农民对职业教育的认识与理解.
The institution designation of peasant vocational education shows the typical demand-luring institution change. After analysizing the data of 94 samplings of peasant households in Yangling demonstration zone, it is able to discover: the gross demand of peasant vocational education in new century, the ways, contents and construction of peasant accepting peasant vocational education, and cognition and comprehend of peasant to the vocational education.
