Collecting,storing,passing and exchanging data to serve teaching and research is the main function of the reference room in college and department.New,broad,quick and overall information service must be based on understanding,participating and concentrating into the activities of teaching and research in the college,which can make the service change from passive to active,from static to kinetic.Mean while it's necessary for the data staffs to improve their own quality constantly.
