摘要
在分析了影响不同类型运载火箭发动机工作过程研究能力的各种因素后 ,应用系统工程理论 ,建立了运载火箭发动机工作过程研究体系的结构模型 ,对工作过程研究体系结构模型进行了层次分析。通过对研究体系的层次结构、要素的相对重要程度的计算和评价 ,探讨了提高运载火箭发动机工作过程研究能力的发展方向和步骤。
How to plan properly the direction of R&D of carrier rocket engine in China in the next five or ten years needs first a suitable research system model, which, to our best knowledge, does not exist in the open literature. In this paper, we present what we believe to be such a suitable model and apply it to forming our idea of what the direction of R&D of carrier rocket engine in China in the next five or ten years should be. Section 1 presents our model according to well known principles such as those presented in Ref 3.Section 2 uses AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) method to perform the hierarchical analysis of the working process research system embodied in our proposed model. Section 2 also explains in detail how to do all the necessary computations. Section 2 applies our computation procedure to data accumulated in past Chinese research. Tables 3, 4 and 5 give the results of our computation using past Chinese research data. The most important result is expressed by W 0 i in each table; by W 0 i we mean the relative benefit to China of R&D concentrated on the i th type in each hierarchical level. In Table 3, according to our computations, W 0 3 =0.550 is highest, meaning that, in our judgment, China′s R&D should concentrate on the chemical category of carrier rocket. In Table 4, W 0 8 =0.633 is highest, meaning that, in our judgment, China′s R&D should concentrate on the rocket based combined cycle subcategory of chemical carrier rocket. In Table 5, W 0 11 =0.289, W 0 12 =0.177, W 0 13 =0.171, W 0 14 = 0.104, W 0 10 =0.091, W 0 9=0.072, W 0 15 =0.048, W 0 16 = 0.047 , meaning that in the rocket based combined cycle subcategory of chemical carrier rocket, R&D in W 0 11 area, combustion process, should be given the highest priority, R&D in W 0 12 area, combustion instability, should be given the second highest priority, etc.
