摘要
根据单狭缝衍射原理,提出了一种测量透镜单色焦距的新方法。结合光电扫描技术,使该方法既可适合于可见光区,又可用于不可见光区的测量,同对,可获得较高的测量精度。
A new method of measuring the monochrome focal length of lens is given from the single slit diffraction principle. It may be suitable for measurement either in visible range or invisible light range in combination with the opto-electronic scanning technology. A high measuring accuracy can be obtained with this method.
