摘要
从2-羰基丙酸(吡啶-4-甲酰基)腙(H_2PPFH)合成了13种组成为RE_2(PPFH)_3·nH_2O(RE=La-Yb,n=2~3)的稀土腙固体配合物。通过红外、紫外、元素分析,电导及核磁共振谱等方法对其进行了表征。经药理实验发现配合物Eu_2(PPFH)_3·3H_2O具有抗肿瘤活性。
2-Carbonylpropionyl (pyridine-4-formyl) hydrazone (H_2PPPH)has been synthesized by a simple method. It is a weak acid, and the complexation was carried out in the water solution of rare earth carbonates. 13 complexes have general composition of RE_2(PPFH)_3·nH_2O (RE=La~Yb, n=2~3). The structures and properties of the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV spectra, TGA-DTA, molar conductance and ~1H NMR measuramcnts. Eu_2(PPFH)_3·3H_2O was showed to have a certain antitumor activity.
