摘要
Cu-Fe-O/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂对CO、HC完全氧化和NO_x还原均有较高活性。为了在温度高达~1000℃仍保持良好的活性,研究该类催化剂的高温热稳定性是个重要课题。通常在高温下,催化剂的物理和化学状态均会发生变化。
The effects of thermal treatment on Cu-O/Al_2O_3, Fe-O/Al_2O_3, Cu-Fe-O/Al_2O_3 and La-Cu-Fe-O/Al_2O_3 at 750~1050℃ are studied. The changes in BET surface, average particle size in relation to the interaction between Al_2O_3 and active components are elucidated. It is found that both phase transition of γ-Al_2O_3 to α-Al_2O_3 and sintering of active components cccurred on two samples containing ferric oxides at 850℃. Such a phase transition occurred only until 950℃ for Cu-O/Al_2O_3. The effects on the reduction of phase transition temperature of γ-Al_2O_3 follow Cu-Fe>Fe>Cu.La_2O_3 raises phase transition temperature of γ-Al_2O_3 to α-Al_2O_3 and resistence sintering of active components. As detected by XRD the thermal stable LaAlO_3 is formed at 850℃. LaAlO_3 may highly disperse into the active components retarding migration and agglomeration of active components at high temperature.
