妥善处置群体性事件 切实维护社会稳定——关于近年来楚雄地区群体性事件处置问题的思考

Handling Group Incidents Carefully and Maintaining Social Stabil ity——Considerations on the Issue of Handling Group Incidents in Chuxiong Prefe cture in Recent Years

近年来 ,楚雄地区群体性事件有增加的趋势 ,其原因主要有五个方面。妥善处置群体性事件必须坚持六项原则 ,同时 ,重视解决“五个不适应”的问题。为了从源头上降低群体性事件发生的概率 ,今后 ,必须着重加强五个方面的工作 。

Group Incidents are increasing in Chuxiong Pref ec ture in recent years, which resulted from 5 sides. We must follow 6 fundamental principles and settle five issues. To decrease the incidents, five sides have to be strengthened in future to maintain social stability and the interests of the people.
