侦查终结是侦查阶段对已经开展的各种侦查活动和侦查工作进行审核和总结的最后一道程序,是侦查任务已经完成的标志。侦查作为侦查主体的一种自向证明活动,侦查终结应有自己的证明要求与证明标准。这种证明要求可以表述为追求法律真实,而证明标准则可以理解为侦查人员排除自己内心的一切合理怀疑。

Detection finality is the last program during the detection, it is the examination and summarization of all kinds of detection activity that has been carried out. Detection finality also is the end signal of detection task. As the principal part of detection, detection finality should have its own testifying demand and standard.
