初探教改初期公安院校教师的心理健康问题

摘要 心理健康是指个人能很好地适应环境,发挥其最高智能且能获得满足与快乐之体验。只有心理健康的教师才能培养出心理健康的学生。教育教学改革对公安院校的教师来说是一个特殊的事件,它会对教师心理造成一定的压力并表现为一定的症状;这些症状是有产生机理的,从改善组织气氛、营造良好的竞争环境等环节入手可以有效促进教师的心理健康水平。 Mental health defines one could commendably adapt the environment and exert his highest mentality to achieve satisfaction and enjoyment. Only a mental healthy teacher can cultivate students with mental health. Teaching reform is a peculiar event for the teachers of public security academy, it can bring the pressure on the teachers and show some sorts of symptom. These symptoms are caused by some reasons and could be canceled by the approach of building favorable environment to improve the level of the teachers' mental health.
