摘要
在3.39μm波段双线He—Ne激光的稳频研究中,提出了一种利用拍波干涉仪监视等光强状态的甲烷吸收双谱线光强信号的分离方法,实现了3.3922μm和3.3912μm双线功率——腔长调皆曲线的实时测量。
On the basis of the experimental investigations of the methane absorption of the3.39μm dual-line He-Ne laser, the intensity signal separation method of methane absorption us-ing the beat-wave interferometer to observe equal intensity state is proposed, and the real-timerecord of the 3.3922μm and 3.3912μm dual-line power versus cavity-length tune characteristicsis implempnted.
