摘要 采用波长为337nm的N_2分子激光作光源,利用激光诱导荧光光谱法测量血管组织的自荧光,选择波长为390nm和476nm处的荧光强度比值可以很好地鉴别动脉血管的正常组织和粥样硬化斑块,阈值为1.25。 We used laser induced fluorescence spectroscopic method with N_2 laser at the wa-velength of 337 nm as an excitation scouce to differentiate atherosclerotic plaques from normaltissues. The ratio between fluorescence intensities at the wavelength of 390 nm and 476 nm waschosen as a dimesionless contrast function. The ratio values for the plaques were usually largerthan 1.25, but the normal tissues were smaller than 1.25.
