摘要
目前我国尚不存在货币市场基金 ,但是未来出现货币市场基金是必然的 ,对未来出现的货币市场基金前瞻性的法律问题进行探讨 。
At present,there is no money Market funds in our country, which is necessary in the future in our country.This paper has discussed some law problems about the Money Market Funds, which is needed to ensure the Money Market Funds healthly develop in our country.
