助剂对临氢醚化催化剂选择性和稳定性的影响

摘要  制备了Pd/树脂催化剂,并用于催化裂化轻汽油的临氢醚化反应。在小型固定床反应装置上考察助剂种类、助剂用量、助剂与主剂的交换顺序对催化剂加氢选择性和助剂对催化剂Pd稳定性的影响。结果表明,助剂种类、助剂用量、助剂与Pd的交换顺序等均对Pd/树脂催化剂的临氢醚化性能有较大的影响。助剂的加入改善了Pd/树脂催化剂的加氢选择性,并使Pd的流失量减少60%。 Supported Pd strongly acidic cation exchange resin catalyst was prepared for light FCC gasoline hydroetherification. The effect of the type of the promoter, loading amount of promoter, exchange sequence on the performance of the prepared catalyst and the effect of the promoter on the stability of Pd were investigated. Results show that promoter category, promoter loading, exchange sequence of promoter with Pd all affect the hydroetherification performance of the catalyst, and adding promoter catalyst improves the selectivity of the catalyst, and the loss of Pd is decreased by 60%.
