旋转轴无动泄漏点的密封装置结构合理性分析 被引量:3

摘要  目前旋转轴密封大多使用机械密封,密封装置存在相对运动有动泄漏点,绝对无泄漏在某种意义上是不可能的。对于要求绝对无泄漏的旋转设备密封的关键技术的最好办法就是取消动密封点。无动密封点的旋转轴密封结构在实际应用中并不多见,无论从理论研究还是实际应用开发都是必要的。介绍了用于旋转轴无动泄漏点的几种密封结构;从机械设计角度比较了输入输出部件结构的合理性,说明了研究开发的可能性;对波纹管受力进行了分析,提出了波纹管进行等强度结构设计的方法;制造了实验装置,对波纹管装配应力进行了标定和机构运转试验。 Nowadays, most of the rotate axis seals use the mechanical seal, and seal technique has dynamic leaking point when moved oppositely. On a certain meaning, absolutely leak-free is impossible. The best way that request absolutely leak-free for equipments seal is cancel dynamic leaking point. In the actual, the rotate axis seal construction that has no dynamic leaking point is not much seen, and both study from the theories and application from actual are necessary. Some seal structures which use in rotation axis leak-free seal point were introduced, compared input with output structure from design angle, and explained the possibility to research and develop. The paper also analyzed bellows' working, and brought up the method to design equality strength construction of bellows. The trial device is made, the stress test and operated test to bellows is calibrated.
