摘要
用He—Ne激光辐照小鼠胸骨,采用细胞化学方法观察激光照射前后PMN和LC内LDH、SDH和GDH活性的变化。结果表明适量的He—Ne激光辐照能激活白细胞,促进三种脱氢酶活性增强,提高三羧酸循环和糖酵解代谢。
The kinetic changes of dehydrogenases in lyphocytes and neutrophils from mice ir-radiated by He-Ne laser have been observed with cytochemical method. The results showed thatHe-Ne laser can active the dehydrogenases in leucocytes, which may contribute to a pro-moting function of the cells.
