纸用EVA热熔胶的最优化配方研究

Study on the Optimization Design of EVA Hot-melt Adhesive for Paper

介绍了用于书籍无线装订用热熔胶的制备方法。采用正交试验设计 ,研究了以EVA(2 8/1 5 0 )为主体树脂热熔胶的最优化配方 ,并通过方差分析结果讨论了增粘剂、增塑剂、粘度降低剂等组分对其低温性能和剥离强度的影响 ,最终得到了综合性能优良的纸用EVA型热熔胶配方。其配方 :EVA树脂 (2 8/1 5 0 ) 2 0 ;热塑性酚醛树脂 1 5 ;低分子量聚乙烯 2 ;DBP 9;碳酸钙 5。

By orthogonal test,the properties of hot-melt adhesive used for paper based on EVA(28/150) resin were discussed and the effects of the tackifier,elasticier and viscosity reducer on the properties were analyzed.The optimization design was determined in the end of this paper.
