摘要
用混和酸作催化剂 ,三氯甲基苯和间苯二酚在水相中缩合成中间体 2 ,4 -二羟基二苯基甲酮。然后在相转移催化剂的作用下 ,用 1 -氯辛烷醚化为目的产物 2 -羟基 - 4-正辛氧基二苯基甲酮 (UV - 531 )。本工艺具有反应时间短 ,收率高 ,环境友好 。
In the water phase, benzotrichloride was condensed with resorcin by th e catalysis of mix acid to form intermediate 2,4-dihydroxybenzophenone. Then oct yloxylation the p-position by n-octyl chloride under the catalysis of the phase transition catalyst to form the target compound 2-hydroxy-4-octyloxybenzophenone (UV-531) has been studied. The new productive process has some advantages of sh ort reacting time, high yield, environmental friendly and economical.
