The bad influence caused by original copper washing system on ammonia synthesis production was introduced, reformation scheme was presented respectively in allusion to copper washing tower, copper solution filter, heat source of copper solution regeneration system, copper solution regenerator, copper solution water cooler, and ammonia absorber etc., the production running effect, process parameters and economic benefit were summarized after executing the reformation.
