摘要
墨西哥REYNOSA油田目的层主要为第三系泥页岩地层。泥页岩具有极强的水化分散能力 ,层理、裂缝发育 ,中下部地层中含大量的CO2 气体。钻进过程中使用水基钻井液难以控制缩径、垮塌和卡钻等井下复杂情况。中油钻井液公司使用抑制性、封堵性及抗污染能力强的PRT钻井液在该油田enavides10 5井进行试验 ,以机械钻速、井下复杂情况、井径曲线和钻井液性能作为指标 ,评价其在该油田的应用效果。试验结果表明 ,PRT钻井液抗岩屑和CO2 气体污染能力强 ,流变性能稳定 ,井径扩大率仅为 0 .5 % ,钻井液性能稳定 ,井下安全 ,电测和下套管顺利 。
The interested formations in REYNOSA oilfield of Mexico are parts of the tertiary mud shale with strong hydrous disintegration, growing bedding and fracture and vast CO 2 gas existing middle or under sections. Used water base drilling fluid, it was not to control shrinking, collapsing and blocking during drilling. Thus, PRT drilling fluid was tested in well Enavides105 of REYNOSA oilfield by Great Wall Drilling Fluid Company of CNPC and the using effects in the oilfield were evaluated by using ROP, downhole complex, caliper reading curve and drilling fluid properties as the evaluation factors. The results showed that PRT drilling fluid has strong inhibition, plugging and stable rheology, resists contaminations of cuttings and CO 2 gas. By using it, borehole diameter enlargement rate was only 0.5% and logging operating and casing running were smooth with downhole safety.
