分析了弯曲模试冲时的缺陷及原因,建立了缺陷征兆—原因关系表;介绍了应用人工神经网络技术对弯曲模试冲缺陷进行正向诊断的方法,探讨了人工神经网络技术应用于弯曲模试冲缺陷诊断的可行性。
The defect and its reason generated when test punching bending die are analyzed. The defect symptoms-reason table is established. The forward diagnosis method for the defect when test punching the bending die is introduced by using artificial neural network (ANN) technology. The application feasibility of ANN in the defect diagnosis when test punching bending die is investigated.
