摘要
通过旋转编码器测出的脉冲信号计算出门的位置 ,利用安装在电机同轴的旋转编码器构成位置闭环控制 ,实现无触点控制。在关门过程中若出现光幕被阻挡现象 ,则立即停止关门而重开门 ;光幕被阻挡信号消失 ,停止重开门继续关门 ,并根据门的位置确定相应的开关门速度 ,实现实时高效的重开关门过程。机械连接采用软传动方式 。
Position of elevator door is worked out according to pulse signals from rotary encoder.Rotary encoder assembled on motor’s shaft is used to accomplish position closed-loop control.Thus the control without contact is implemented.If elevator door is shutting when light curtain is held up,it will stop shutting immediately and reopen until the obstructive signals of light curtain disappear.The opening and shutting speeds are determined by the position of elevator door.So the efficient reopening operation is accomplished.The soft mechanical connection is adopted in order to reduce running noise and elevator door faults.
