学习记忆过程中磷酸化的CREB在大鼠脑纹状体内的表达 被引量:19

摘要 目的:探讨大鼠在学习记忆过程中磷酸化的转录因子环磷酸腺苷反应单元结合蛋白(cAMPresponsiveelementbindingprotein,CREB)在脑纹状体内的表达。方法:将动物首先在Y迷宫中进行学习记忆训练,然后应用免疫组织化学方法检测磷酸化的CREB(phospharylatedCREB,pCREB)在脑纹状体内的表达。结果:大鼠经电Y迷宫训练后,脑纹状体内侧的边缘区内即有明显的pCREB阳性表达,而假训练组或对照组的边缘区内均无明显的pCREB阳性表达。此外,在海马、前额叶皮质和扣带回等处也有较多的pCREB阳性表达。结论:大鼠进行电Y迷宫厌暗学习时,脑纹状体边缘区内磷酸化的转录因子pCREB参与学习记忆的信号转导过程。 AIM:To explore the expression of phosphorylated cAMP response element binding protein(pCREB) in the rat striatum during learning and memory. METHODS:Immunohitochemical technique was performed to detect the expression of pCREB in the striatum following Y-maze training in rats. RESULTS:After Y-maze training immediately,the positive expression of pCREB was observed obviously in the medial border of the striatum and the marginal division(MrD) of the training group,but there was only few positive expression of pCREB in the MrD of pseudo-training or control groups.In addition,the positive expression was also observed in the hippocampus, prefrontal cortex,cingulum cortex of the brain. CONCLUSION: Phosphorylated transcriptional factor pCREB in the MrD participates in the signal transduction during learning and memory processes in Y-maze training courses of rats.
