补阳还五汤对中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠脑组织Na^+,K^+,Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+)的影响 被引量:20

Effect of buyang huanwu tang on Na^+,K^+,Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)contents in the brains of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis after stroke

摘要 目的:在中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型的基础上,观察补阳还五汤对其脑组织中Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+的影响,从而探讨补阳还五汤治疗中风后遗症的作用机制。方法:复制了中风后遗症“气虚血瘀”大鼠模型,并设空白对照组(正常组)、病理对照组(模型组)、低、中、高剂量组和梗死率判断组,补阳还五汤用传统方法煎制,大鼠灌胃15d后取脑组织,用原子分光光度计法测定其中Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+的含量。结果:低、中剂量组症状改善明显,饮食和饮水增加,体质量增加,行动相对敏捷,毛发较以前有光泽,高剂量组症状亦有好转,但精神略显不振且大便溏稀,模型组也日渐活跃,但伤口愈合较慢。模型组Na+(1.2300±0.0943)mg/g显著高于正常组(1.0671±0.0256)mg/g(F=3.295,P<0.01),中剂量组Na+(1.1169±0.1432)mg/g显著低于模型组(1.2300±0.0943)mg/g(F=3.295,P<0.05);中剂量组Ga2+(44.1820±6.3996)μg/g显著低于模型组(55.3992±3.8868)μg/g(F=2.686,P<0.01);中剂量组Mg2+(0.1467±0.0010)mg/g显著高于模型组(0.1336±0.0059)mg/g(F=2.969,P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤对“气虚血瘀”中风后遗症的治疗作用与其纠正脑组织中的离子紊乱有关,反映了该方补气活血药理作用的部分内涵。 AIM:To study the effect of buyang huangyuan tang on the contents of Na+,K+,Ca2+and Mg2+on the base of stroke sequela models of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis so as to discuss the action mechanism in treatment of stroke sequela.METHODS:The stroke sequela models of rats with deficiency of qi and blood stasis were replicated.A total of 72 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: blank control group(normal control group),pathological control group(model group),low,moderate and high dosage groups and cerebral infarction judgment group.Buyang wuhuang tang was made by traditional methods.Atom spectrophotometer was used to assay the contents of Na+,K+,Ca2+and Mg2+following brain tissue was taken out 15 days after gastroperfusion.RESULTS:The symptoms of the rats in the moderate and low dosage groups were improved greatly.Their weight was gained,their hair was relative bright,and they acted smartly.The symptoms of the rats in the high dosage group were promoted too,but they were relative depressed and their stool was watery.The rats of the control group were more active than before,but the wounds were cured slowly.The content of Na2+in the model group was(1.230 0±0.094 3)mg/g,significantly higher than that of the control group(1.067 1±0.025 6)mg/g (P< 0.01,F=3.295);Compared with the model group,the contents of Na2+[(1.116 9±0.143 2) mg/g;P< 0.01,F=3.295] and Ca2+[(55.399 2±3.886 8)μg/ g vs(44.182 0±6.399 6) μg/g;P< 0.01,F=2.686] were significantly lower,while the content of Mg2+was significantly higher[(0.133 6±0.005 9)mg/g vs(0.146 7±0.001 0)mg/g]P< 0.01,F=2.969).CONCLUSION:The function of huanyang wuhuan tang to heal the stroke sequela“deficiency of qi and blood stasis”is related with the action of reforming the ionic disturbance in the brain tissue.All these reflect the partial pharmacological functions of invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation.
