摘要
目的:观察脑立苏冲剂对急性期脑卒中患者的血液流变学等指标和垂体—肾上腺(HPA)轴激素的影响。方法:将90例急性期脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(30例),治疗组给予脑立苏冲剂,6g/次,2次/d;对照组给予维脑路通,200mg/次,2次/d,两组均配合一般治疗。结果:治疗组全血高切粘度治疗前后分别为(6.72±0.82)mPa·s、(5.57±0.96)mPa·s(t=2.44,P<0.05),全血低切粘度治疗前后分别为(12.03±1.65)mPa·s、(10.31±1.88)mPa·s(t=3.65,P<0.01),胆固醇治疗前后分别为(5.09±0.73)mmol/L、(4.07±0.58)mmol/L(t=2.16,P<0.05);对照组治疗前后差异无显著性意义,治疗组治疗前促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、皮质醇(CS)分别为(34.56±5.90)ng/L、(395.94±128.47)ng/L,治疗后为(19.75±6.42)ng/L、(302.67±99.63)ng/L,对照组治疗前分别为(34.64±5.72)ng/L、(403.12±130.14)ng/L,治疗后为(25.78±6.34)ng/L、(337.38±102.03)ng/L(P<0.01)。结论:脑立苏冲剂能明显改善急性期脑卒中患者的血液流变学及血脂各项指标,同时使患者HPA轴激素水平均明显下降。
AIM: To observe the effects of naolisu granule on the changes of hemarheological indexes and pituitary hormone and adrenaline epinephrine in the patients with acute stage of cerebral infarction.METHODS: Ninety patients with acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group of 60 patients with oral naolisu granule (6 g/time,twice a day) and control group of 60 patients with oral weinaolutong (200 mg/time, twice a day). RESULTS: Before and after treatment, the blood viscosities of high shear rates were(6.72±0.82)mPa·s and(5.57±0.96)mPa·s respectively in the treatment group(t=2.44, P< 0.05), while the blood viscosities of low shear rates were(12.03±1.65)mPa·s and(10.31±1.88)mPa·s respectively(t=3.65, P< 0.01). The levels of cholesterol in the treatment group were(5.09±0.73)mmol/L and(4.07±0.58)mmol/L respectively before and after treatment(t=2.16, P< 0.05). The levels of adrenoeorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol (CS) in the treatment and control groups were(34.56±5.90)ng/L and(395.94±128.47)ng/L respectively before treatment, and (19.75±6.42)ng/L and(302.67±99.63)ng/L respectively after treatment. The levels of ACTH and CS in the control group were(34.64±5.72)ng/L and(403.12±130.14)ng/L respectively before treatment,and(25.78±6.34)ng/L and(337.38±102.03)ng/L respectively after treatment(P< 0.01). CONCLUSION: Naolisu granule can improve significantly the indexes of hemorheology, blood lipoid, and decrease the levels of HPA hormones in the patients with acute stroke.
