摘要
目的:观察中药复方脑还丹对快速老化鼠(senescenceacceleratedmouse,SAM)学习记忆功能的影响。方法:2月龄雄性SAMP系统的一个品系,SAM-P/8小鼠40只随机分为对照组、银杏叶提取物、脑还丹低剂量组、脑还丹高剂量组治疗3月,分别进行跳台实验、Y型迷宫实验等行为学测试,观察脑还丹对SAM-P/8小鼠学习记忆功能的影响。结果:①跳台实验:对照组潜伏期是(52.33±26.62)s,错误次数为(5.10±0.79)次(首次),(4.20±1.55)次(24h),银杏叶提取物组分别为(124.73±81.41)s,(3.30±0.48)次、(2.20±0.79)次,脑还丹低剂量组为(118.06±75.02)s,(3.80±1.03)次、(2.40±1.07)次,脑还丹高剂量组为(201.60±61.84)s,(2.00±0.94)次、(1.00±0.67)次。与对照组相比,银杏叶提取物组、脑还丹低剂量组、脑还丹高剂量组的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),脑还丹高剂量组与银杏叶提取物组、脑还丹低剂量组之间的差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②Y型迷宫实验:对照组学习成绩及记忆成绩分别为(79.80±17.22),(8.90±3.35)次,银杏叶提取物组为(51.00±8.14),(2.20±2.74)次,脑还丹低剂量组为(46.80±6.37),(2.00±2.87)次,脑还丹高剂量组为(17.80±6.36),(1.70±2.26)次。与对照组相比,银杏叶提取物组、脑还丹低剂量组。
AIM:To observe the effects of fufang naohuandan on the ability of learning and memory of senescence-accelerated mouse(SAM-P/8).METHODS: Forty 2-month-old male senescence accelerated mice were randomly divided into control group,yinkeluo group and naohuandan groups of low and high dosage.All the mice were treated for 3 months,followed by jumping stand test and Y maze test.Then the animals were killed to observe the effect of naohuandan on the ability of learning and memory. RESULTS:In jumping stand test,the average latencies and times of error were(52.33±26.62)s,and 5.10±0.79(first time),4.20±1.55(24 h)respectively for the control group,(124.73±81.41) s,and 3.30±0.48 and 2.20±0.79 respectively for the yinkeluo group,(118.06±75.02) s, and 3.80±1.03 and 2.40±1.07 respectively for the low-dosage group of naohuandan, and(201.60±61.84) s,and 2.00±0.94 and 1.00±0.67 respectively for the high-dosage group of naohuandan.Significant differences were found between the control group and the yinkeluo group, the low-and high-dosage groups of naohuandan(P< 0.05),and between the high-dosage group of naohuandan and the yinkeluo group and the low-dosage group of naohuandan(P< 0.05).In the Y maze test,the error times of learning and memory were 79.80±17.22 and 8.90±3.35 for the control group,51.00±8.14 and 2.20±2.74 for the yinkeluo group,46.80±6.37 and 2.00±2.87 for the low-dosage group of naohuandan,and 17.80±6.36 and 1.70±2.26 for the high-dosage group of naohuandan.There were significant differences in the results of learning and memory between the control group and the yinkeluo group, the low-and high-dosage groups of naohuandan(P< 0.05),and only in the results of learning between the high--dosage group of naohuandan and the yinkeluo group and the low-dosage group of naohuandan(P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Fufang naohuandan can distinctly improve the ability of learning and memory of SAM-P/8,indicating that naohuandan plays a pharmacological role in improving the ability of learning and memory and preventing against dementia.
