On the New Model of Reading Teaching in Primary Schools

构建小学阅读教学新模式须反映新一轮基础教育课程改革的要求和网络环境建设的需要。通过阅读教学改革的研究和试验，我们构建了“以充分阅读求主动发展”的小学阅读教学新模式，它由育人环境、教学主张、功能目标、教学结构和教学程序五个部分有机组成。

Constructing the new model of reading teaching in primary schools should reflect the requirement of the new curriculum reform of basic education and necessities of the building of network surroundings. Through studies and experiments of reading teaching reform, a new teaching model has been constructed which is called 'Promoting active development through efficient-reading. ' This new teaching model is composed of five parts; 1) teaching circumstance; 2) teaching propositions; 3) function goals; 4) teaching structure; 5) teaching procedure.
