西部走新型工业化道路的战略思考

Strategic Thinking on New Type of Industrialization in Western Region of China

工业化是“既不能跳过也不能用法令取消的自然发展阶段”。但在不同国家和不同的时期工业化的内涵和道路有所不同。在经济全球化和知识经济的环境条件下 ,我们既不能从整体上跨过工业化的历史进程 ,也不能走其他国家和地区传统工业化的老路 ,而必须在新的历史条件下走新型工业化道路。

Industrialization is a “natural developing phase that cannot be skipped over nor banned with statutes”. But the connotations and directions of industrialization vary in different countries and in different historic periods. Under the circumstances of current economic globalization and knowledge-based economy, China cannot skip over the whole historic developing period of industrialization, nor just do as other countries and regions did. Instead, she should find a new type of industrialization.
