摘要
目前我国百货店的经营和效益波动较大 ,其主要原因在于没有形成自己新的竞争模式。我国百货业正面临着自身发展过剩和新的零售业态竞争的双重压力 ,因此必须坚持与时俱进的指导思想。从经营理念、商品结构、经营方式和经营战略等方面重塑自己的特色 ,打造新的竞争模式 ,才能确保百货业持续健康地发展。
Currently there are fluctuations in the running of department stores and their profits. The main reason lies in the lack of their unique modes of competition. Under the pressure from over-development and intense retail competition, department stores in China have to establish a new mode of competition with unique features in the areas of operation philosophy, merchandise structure, business approaches and strategies, so that they can maintain sustainable development.
