A Survey and Thinking of the Present Conditions of TEFL in the Island Areas --Taking Example of TEFL in Zhoushan, Zhejiang

本文以问卷的形式通过对海岛地区英语教学现状的调查,分析了教法与大纲要求不和谐的主要原因和师资培训中存在的实际问题,对海岛地区如何改进师资培训,提高英语教学质量提出建议。

This is a survey by questionnaire of the present conditions of TEFL in the island areas. It analyses the main reasons why the actual teaching cannot meet the requirements set by the teaching programme and the problems in the teachers' training. It also makes suggestions about the improvement of teachers and the quality of teaching.
