糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

目的 对突发性耳聋患者进行了临床病例的回顾性研究以探讨糖皮质激素对突发性耳聋的疗效。方法 对北京大学第三医院耳鼻喉科在1994-2001 年间收治的资料完整的230 例突发性耳聋病人进行了回顾性研究和统计学分析。结果 激素组的疗效优于非激素组,糖皮质激素对于发病3 天内和突发性耳聋不伴有眩晕的患者疗效尤为显著,组间存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。糖皮质激素的疗效与患者的年龄、治疗前的听力水平、发病的月份等因素无相关性。结论 糖皮质激素治疗突发性耳聋具有确切的疗效,越早应用激素疗效越好。

Objective To observe the effect of steroid hormone on SD through the analysis of clinical cases. Method The data of two hundred and thirty patients whom were diagnosed as SD and admitted in the Third Hospital of Beijing University from 1994 to 2001 have been analyzed. Result The results indicated that the effects of steroid hormone on SD were more effective than that of non-steroid therapy. Steroid hormone has a good effect, especially on the patients with SD who had been treated within 3 days and without dizziness (p<0.05). The effect of steroid hormone had no relations with the age of patients, the hearing level of the patients before the treatment, the episode of SD in time- lag(p>0.05). Conclusion Steroid has good therapeutic effect on SD. Especially to the patients with SD who get treatment within 3 days and without dizziness.
