摘要
§1.引言 对高可靠、长寿命的产品人们常用恒定应力加速寿命试验(简称恒加试验)的方法来估计其平均寿命及其它各项可靠性指标。常用的统计分析方法见[1],[2]还对这些方法的精度作了比较。但[1]介绍的统计分析方法没有考虑到参数有顺序约束这个条件。以威布尔分布场合的恒加试验为例,设取m个加速应力水平S_1、S_2、…、S_m,S_(m+1)为正常使用应力水平,它们满足:
Under the Weibull distribution the author has given a new Bayesian approach to an accelerated life test and got estimators of the ordered scale parameters,which can be used to solve the problem of parameter estimation in the Reliability Growth Model.In the end,some Monte-Carlo simulation results and their comparison with MLE are also given,and the method is also illustrated.
