摘要
对1993—1996年在柴达木盆地生产的啤酒大麦进行产量、品质、理化指标等各方面分析,表明柴达木盆地独特的气候特点适合种植啤酒大麦并生产出品质优良的啤酒大麦。
According to the target analysis of yield quality and physics-chemistry about malt barley which produced in the Chaidamu Basin during 1993-1996.It is known that distinctive climateture of Chaidam Basin is fit for planting and producing malt barley with high quality.
