渔民、牧民、农民及城市居民人乳脂中的脂肪酸组成

FATTY ACID COMPOSITION OF HUMAN MILK FROM MOTHERS IN FISHERY, PASTORAL, RURAL AND URBAN AREAS

本文分析了辽宁、内蒙两省渔民、牧民、城市居民及城市近郊农民成熟人乳中的脂肪酸组成。结果表明:中碳链饱和脂肪酸(MCFAs)的百分含量,渔民组(7.74％)略高于其他组(6.20～6.62％)。必需脂肪酸中亚麻酸以牧民区略低;亚油酸各组含量区别不大。渔民乳脂中二十碳及二十二碳φ3系列两种重要多稀酸DHA(C22∶6 φ3)及EPA(C20∶5 φ3)百分含量显著高于其他各组。

Fatty acid composition of mature human milk from 146 mothers in fishery, pastoral, rural, and urban areas were determined by gas chromato-graphy. Milk of mothers in fishery area contained higher percentage(7.74%) of medium chain fatty acids (MCFAs) than others (6.20-6.62%). Overall the levels of MCFAs were significantly lower than those from mothers in developing countries and approximate the values reported for western mothers on well nourished diets. Differences in the levels of linoleic acid between 5 groups determined were not significant. In the samples of pastoral area, the percentage of linolenic acid was the lowest. The mean level of ω3 long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids of 20C and 22C were highest in the samples from fishery area.
