大白蚁机体的蛋白质氨基酸及脂肪酸分析

ANALYSIS OF THE PATTERNS AND CONTENTS OF AMINO ACIDS AND FATTY ACIDS FROM M.ANNANDALEI (SLIVESTRI) AND M. BARNEYI LIGHT

对土垅大白蚁(M.annandalei(slivestri))和黄翅大白蚁(M.barneyi Light)三个品级的干物质的分析表明,其工蚁的氨基酸总量分别为42.16％和48.06％;兵蚁分别为38.55％和33.78％;蚁后分别为46.23％和41.09％。其必需氨基酸含量占氨基酸总量的40％以上,与优质蛋白质的必需氨基酸模式比较有7种达到或超过模式。土垅大白蚁蚁后的体脂经甲酯化处理,用气相色谱仪分析其脂肪酸组成,鉴定出13种脂肪酸,其不饱和脂肪酸占68.77％,其中油酸(18∶1)51.14％;亚油酸(18∶2)13.01％,亚麻酸(18∶3)0.65％,分析还发现其体脂中还含有十五碳酸、十七碳酸及十七碳一烯酸等不多见的奇数脂肪酸。

The present paper deals with an assay of amino acids and fatty acids from three castes of termite of M. annandalei(Slivestri)and M. barneyi Light: worker, soldier and queen. The total amino acid in worker was respectively 42.16% and 48.06%, soldier 38.55% and 33.78%, queen 46.23% and 41.09%. The ratio of essential amino acids in total amino acid amounetd to 40%. The body fat of queen was analysed with a FFAP column GC after it had been saponified and methylated.Thirteen kinds of fatty acid methyl esters were identified, the major constituents were found to be oleic acid 51.14%, linoleic acid 13.01%, palmitic acid 18.54%, stearic acid 9.98% and linole-nic acid 0.65%. The fat also contained the odd number fatty acids seldom seen in animal fat.
