腹膜腔内物质吸收的形态学研究

摘要 目的研究膈中心腱腹膜口与淋巴陷窝的结构与分布,揭示淋巴管的分布规律。方法30只出生后1~2d的仔兔,作膈间皮细胞硝酸银染色,膈淋巴管墨汁标记,光镜及电镜检查。结果间皮细胞铺片显示陷窝区与非陷窝区细胞的不同形态。膈肌性部腹膜口数目多于腱性部。膈淋巴管排列成二个丛:位于膈腹膜淋巴陷窝区与膈胸膜的集合淋巴管。在Epon包埋的半薄切片上,观察到淋巴陷窝的结构为间皮、间皮下组织和淋巴内皮3种成分。结论与腹膜吸收有关的结构为膈腹膜口、淋巴陷窝和淋巴管。本文揭示出未见报道过的膈腱性部淋巴陷窝的结构与膈淋巴管的分布。 Objective To observe the structure and distribution of the peritoneal stomata and the lym-phatic lacunae in the central tendon of rabbit diaphragm and to reveal the subpleural lymphatic vessels in details.Methods Thirty new-born rabbits were used in the study.Diaphragmatic mesothelial cells of rabbits were stained with silver nitrate method,lymphatic vessels were labeled with Chinese ink and observed under light microscopy and electron microscopy.Results Morphological differences between lacunar and nonlacunar areas of diaphragmatic peritoneum was demonstrated in mesothelial cell preparations.More peritoneal stomata were found in the muscular part of diaphragm than those in tendinous part.There were two sets of diaphrag-matic lymphatic plexus-subperitoneal and subpleural plexuses.In the Epon-embedded semithin sections the structure of lymphatic lacunar was revealed to consist of three components:mesothelium,submesothelial tissue and lymphatic endothelium.Conclusion In this paper we displayed the structure of lymphatic lacunae and the distribution of lymph vessels in the central tendon of diaphragm,which was not reported in publications.[
