Measures for Extending the International(Self-prepared) Container Transportation of Ocean-Rail Through Traffic

针对沈阳铁路局货运量下降的现状,提出应改善海铁联运国际(自备)集装箱的运输条件,增加集装箱班列开行密度,采取灵活的运价政策,缩短运行时间,提高服务质量,确保国际(自备)集装箱运量不断增加。

In the light of the present situation of the freight transport volume decrease of the Shenyang Railway Administration,the article puts forward the ideas that the conditions for the international (self-prepared) container transportation of ocean-railthrough traffic should be improved, the density of the regular container train operation should be increased and the flexibletariff rate policies should be adopted so as to shorten the running time, raise the service quality and ensure the continuousincrease of the volume of the international (self-prepared) container transportation.
