本地黎、杞黎和侾黎人群中Y染色体DYS287和DYS19的多态分布 被引量:1

POLYMORPHISM DISTRIBUTION OF DYS287AND DYS19IN THE BENDI LI ,QI LI ADN HA LI POPULATIONS

摘要 目的:对中国海南岛本地黎、杞黎和侾黎人群中Y染色体Alu序列和DYS19的多态分布进行调查。方法:采用PCR法对Y染色体特异性微卫星DYS19和Y染色体DYS287位点进行扩增,经变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测结果。结果:在DYS19位点,本地黎群体发现4种等位基因,杞黎和侾黎群体均为3种。等位基因频率分布在3个支系中均以194bp的频率为最高,分别是0.711、0.855和0.667。统计分析显示:杞黎与侾黎人群在DYS19位点的等位基因频率有极显著性差异(P﹤0.01)。在DYS287位点,3个人群均未发生Alu序列插入。结论:DYS19和DYS287位点可以作为重要、稳定的遗传标记对遗传多样性研究提供可靠的证据。 Objective :To investigate the polymorphism of DYS19and DYS287in the bendi Li ,Qi Li and Ha Li groups living in Haina Island. Method :DYS19and DYS287was detected by PCR amplification,denatured polyacrylamide gelelectrophoresis and silver staining and agarose gelelectr-ophoresis. Res ults :four alleles were observed for DYS19 ( 190bp ? 194bp ? 198bp ? 202bp designated as alleles B ? C ? D ? E respectively ),the allele C ,frequency of which range from0.660~0.854 ,is predo-minant in three Li subgroups.The pairwise comparison with Fisher' s Exact test reveals that there exists significant difference( P <0.01)in DYS19phenotype distribution between Qi Li and Ha Li populations.With150bp product in all bendi Li,Qi Li and Ha Li individuals,YAP element is absent.Conclus ion:As important and stable genetic marker,DYS19and DYS287can provide reliable evidence in evolution study.
