摘要
对162名云南大理地区正常农村白族孕妇孕期营养摄取情况与新生儿出生体重的关系进行了探讨。结果表明:孕妇膳食中蛋白质、钙、视黄醇、核黄素摄入量均低于供给量标准。经单相关和逐步回归分析,新生儿出生体重与母亲膳食中主要营养素的摄入量呈显著正相关,总能量及优质蛋白质摄入量与新生儿出生体重关系最为密切。孕妇贫血患病率,孕中期为68.54%,孕后期为58.33%。并提出了改善孕期营养的具体措施。
The article presents the investigations on the relationship between the birth weight of the neonates and the nutritious conditions of the gravida of Bai Nationality in Dali rural area, from September 1987 to December 1988. The investigations show; in gravida's food there are enough energy, but too much carbohydrate; the intake of fat is evidently insufficient; while protein, calcium, riboflavin, retinol are lower than the RDA, vitamin A is gravely lacking. The incidence of anaemia is 18.54% in mid-stage of pregnancy and 58.33% in the late stage. After the analyses of the correlation and stepwise regression, we found that the infants' birth weight is in positive correlation with energy, protein, high-quality protein, calcium, iron, retinol, thiamine, and nicotinic acid in the diet of pregnant women.Among these nutrients energy and high-quality protein are most closely related. Thus we made proposals to improve gravida's diets in order to secure good health for both gravida and their infants.
