上海市某社区糖尿病患者抑郁、焦虑症状的研究

Investigation of depression and anxiety symptoms among the diabetic patients in one urban community of Shanghai

目的 调查社区中糖尿病患者的抑郁与焦虑症状的发生情况 ,研究其可能的影响因素。方法 应用抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表对 15 8例糖尿病患者进行评定 ,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果 社区糖尿病患者抑郁与焦虑评分与正常人群间差异有显著性意义 ,抑郁与焦虑症状检出率分别为 4 4 2 %与 19 6 %,且焦虑多合并抑郁发生。患者血糖代谢水平与抑郁症状评分显著相关。结论 社区糖尿病患者中抑郁、焦虑症状发生率较高 ,抑郁状态是高血糖水平的可能危险因素之一。

Objective To investigate the depression and anxiety symptoms of the diabetic patients in the community.Methods 158 patients with diabetes were investigated using self-rating depression scale (SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).Results The scores of SDS and SAS in the diabetic patients were significantly higher than those of general population.The prevalence of depressive symptoms among diabetic patients was 44.2%,which was influenced by blood glucose level.The prevalence of anxious symptoms was 19.6%,and which was mostly accompanied by the depression.Conclusion The diabetic patients in community had significant prevalence of depression and anxiety.The depressive symptom might be one of the possible risk factors of the high blood glucose level.
