30例遗尿症儿童的个性特征与生活质量调查

Study on Personality and Quality of Life in 30 Children with Nocturnal Enuresis

目的 探讨遗尿症儿童的个性特征及生活质量。方法 采用儿童艾森克个性问卷 (EPQ)及儿少生活质量问卷 (ISLQ) ,对 30例遗尿症儿童及 32例健康儿童进行对照研究。结果 患儿组的E量表分、N量表分与对照组间差异有显著性意义 ,生活质量各维度均分及总体满意度患儿组与对照组间差异有显著性意义。结论 遗尿症儿童个性特征倾向于内向性 ,有忧虑、抑郁及自卑感 ,生活质量受到明显损害。

Objective To study the Personality and quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis.Methods The personality and quality of life in children with nocturnal enuresis were assessed by Essence Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Inventory of Subjective Life Quality for Chilcl and Adolescent (ISLQ).Results There were significant differences between groups in the scores of E,N and ISLQ.Conclusion Children with nocturnal enuresis have Personality characteristics of introversion and their quality of life is impaired.
