全科医疗质量评价指标体系的研究

Study of evaluating index system on the quality of general practice

本研究采用改进的Delphi法 ,经过两轮专家咨询 ,建立一套合理的全科医疗质量评价指标体系。两轮咨询专家的权威程度较高 ,其平均值分别为 0 76 34,0 7378。专家意见的协调系数分别为 :0 12 2 ,0 2 31。最终确定全科医疗评价指标体系共有指标 14 6项 ,其中一级指标 4项 ,二级指标 30项 ,三级指标 112项。其中服务内容、服务满意度、效果效益、卫生经济 4项一级指标的权重系数分别为 0 2 4 16、 0 2 6 4 6、 0 2 4 5 3、 0 2 4 85。

This study carried out twice specialist consultation by improved Delphi method to create a set of reasonable evaluating index system on the quality of general practice.The degree of specialist authority were higher in the twice specialist consultation and the average values were 0.7634,0.7378,respectively.The coordination coefficient of specialist′s opinion were 0.122 in the first consultation and 0.231 in the second consultation.There were 146 indexes remained in the final evaluation indicator system on the quality of general practice,among them 4 first grade indexes,30 second grade indexes and 112 third grade indexes.The weight of the first grade indexes,namely service content,the satisfaction degree of service,effect-efficiency and health economy was 0.2416?0.2646?0.2453?0.2485respectively.
