吸烟量与尿中一氧化氮含量和血管内皮功能相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 观察吸烟对机体一氧化氮 (NO)和血浆血管性血友病因子 (vWF)含量的影响及其对血管内皮功能的损伤。方法 选择本地区 30名不吸烟健康男性及 78名吸烟男性 ,按日吸烟量分为 5组。用分光比色法测定尿中NO含量 ,免疫比浊法测定血浆vWF ,应用高分辨血管外超声法检测肱动脉血管内皮功能。结果 吸烟者尿中NO含量 (umol/L)和血浆vWF (% )与不吸烟者间的差别有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1)。吸烟量与NO含量呈负相关 (r= - 0 86 6 2 ,P<0 0 1) ,与vWF呈正相关 (r=0 2 2 5 1,P<0 0 5 ) ;吸烟组内皮依赖性血管舒张功能较对照组显著受损 (F =14 0 35 ,P <0 0 1)。硝酸甘油介导的内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能的变化无统计学意义。吸烟量与内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈负相关 (r =- 0 4 194 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 日吸烟量越大 ,体内NO含量越少 ,内皮依赖性血管舒张功能越差 ,内皮受损越严重。 Objective To evaluate the effect of smoking on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and nitric oxide.Methods 30 male nonsmokers as the control group(V),78 male smokers as the study group which was divided into 5 subgroups according to the numbers of cigarettes smoked per day.The urinary NO(NO - 2) was determined with colorimetric estimation.Endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and endothelium-independent vasodilatation were assessed in the brachial artery by high-resolution ultrasound technique.The Von Willebrand Factor was determined with immunoturbidimetry.Results The urinary No level in the 4 subgroups were lower than that of the nonsmokers.And the vWF level in the 4 subgroups was higher than that of the nonsmokers(P<0.01).The endothelium-dependent vasodilatation in smokers was impaired compare with nonsmokers(F=14.035,P<0.01).There was a evident negative correlation between the number of cigarettes smoked and urinary NO(r=-0.8662,P<0.01),also a significant negative correlation between it and endothelium-dependent vasodilatation(r=-0.4194,P<0.01).A positive correlation between the number of cigarettes smoked and the vWF(r=-0.2251,P<0.05).The endothelium-independent vasodilatation had no obvious change in the study and the control groups.Conclusion The NO content will decrease and the endothelium-dependent vasodilatation will impair with the increase of quantity of smoking.
