摘要
目的 探讨中药水蛭、桃仁、黄芪、当归合剂抗血吸虫肝纤维化作用。方法 制备小鼠日本血吸虫感染性肝纤维化模型 ,用上述合剂治疗 ;以秋水仙碱作药物对照。观察指标为 1肝组织脂质过氧化反应 :超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA) ;2肝细胞中 Desmin阳性细胞的变化。结果 1水蛭、桃仁、黄芪、当归合剂治疗组中 SOD明显高于模型对照组 ,MDA明显低于模型对照组 (P<0 .0 1) ;2肝细胞病理学检查 :水蛭、桃仁、黄芪、当归合剂治疗组肝细胞变性、坏死及纤维增生程度较模型对照组轻 ,Desmin免疫组化显示肝组织中 Desm in阳性细胞较模型对照组减少 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 水蛭、桃仁、黄芪、当归合剂具有抗血吸虫性肝纤维化作用。
Objective To study the effects of the mistura of leech,peach pit,huangqi and angelica for liver fibrosis of mice .Methods The mice (Kunming) were divided into four groups: ① the fibrosis model group: infected with Schistosoma japonicum without treatment (n=8);② mistura treated group: the infected mice treated with the mistura above mentioned (n=12);③ colchicine group: the infected mice treated with colchicine (n=7) and ④ normal control group(n=7). Results ① SOD increased and MDA decreased (P<0.01)in the mistura treated group; ② compared with the fibrosis model group,the change of pathology decreased and the Desmin cells reduced in the mistura treated group (P<0.01). Conclusion the mistura of leech,peach pit,huangqi and angelica can inhibit effectively the hepatic fibrosis of mice induced by Schistosoma japonicum infections.
