摘要
目的 阐明硼镁石粉灭螺作用的有效成分。方法 矿石样品经 HNO3及 HNO3- HCl O4 方法消解后 ,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测其砷、铅、镉等元素的含量 ;采用 WHO“杀螺剂实验室终筛方法”中的浸泡法进行灭螺试验。结果 硼镁石粉 (灭螺灵 1号 )及西藏改则的硼镁矿石中砷含量分别达 34.10 μg/g及 6 1.70 μg/g,远高于其他硼镁矿石 ,灭螺实验显示砷及硼化合物均具有灭螺作用。结论 西藏硼镁石粉中的砷含量偏高 ,其杀灭钉螺的有效成分可能是砷及硼化合物。
Objective To explore the effective components of magnesium borate ore powder (MBOP) against Oncomelania huppensis.Methods The samples of the MBOP were dissolved by HNO 3 or HNO 3-HClO 4. The arsenic,lead and cadmium were determined by the graphite furnace AAS. Mulluscicidal experiments were performed according to the WHO's recommended immersion methods. Results The content of arsenic in Catholicon NO.1 of Mulluscicide and Tibet MBOP were 34.10 μg/g and 61.70 μg/g respectively,much higher than that in others. The molluscicidal experiments showed that the compounds of arsenic and borate were effective mulluscicidal components. Conclusion The MBOP from Tibet contains more arsenic than others,and its effective mulluscicide components may be arsenic compounds and borate compounds.
