摘要
企业组织结构创新是企业组织创新活动的重要组成部分,也是当前我国企业改革面临的重要任务。文章结合华龙公司实例,从理论与实证两个方面提出了国有企业组织创新的基本架构和思路,期望能为我国国有企业的组织创新提供一些启示。
The organization creation of enterprise's structure is an important component of the creation activities of enterprises. It is an important task of reformation in our enterprises. This paper takes Hualong Company as an example and presents a basic structure and idea for the organization creation of state owned enterprises both in theory and in examples. It is hoped to give certain enlightenment to the organization creation of China's state-owned enterprises.
