马克思晚年致力于东方国家社会发展道路的研究,提出东方落后国家可以不通过资本主义制度的“卡夫丁峡谷”而直接进入社会主义的理论。列宁和邓小平在本国社会主义建设实践的基础上,极大地丰富和发展了马克思的这一理论。

Marx devoted himself to the research on social development theory of eastern countries in his late years and put forward such a theory that oriental backward countries could overpass the capitalist 'Caudine forks' and could directly leap to socialism. Lenin and Deng Xiaoping extremely enriched and developed Marx's theory on the basis of socialist construction practice of their own.
