乙肝解毒胶囊治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

Clinical effect of Yiganjiedu Capsule on treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的 :观察乙肝解毒胶囊 (黄柏、草河车、黄芩、大黄 ,等 )治疗慢性乙型肝炎的效果。方法 :乙肝解毒胶囊 ,4粒 ,口服 ,每日 3次 ,疗程 6个月。并与一般的保肝综合治疗组 ,拉米夫定组 ,干扰素组进行对比分析。结果 :乙肝解毒胶囊使ALT复常率、HBeAg阴转率、HBV DNA阴转率分别为 5 5 .5 6 %、11.11%、4 4 .4 4 %。HBV DNA阴转率较综合治疗组高 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。比拉米夫定组低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。和干扰素组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :乙肝解毒胶囊能改善肝功能 ,对HBV复制有一定的抑制作用。

AIM: To observe the clinical effect of the Yiganjiedu capsule (Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Scutellariae, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, etc) on treating hepatitis B. METHODS: The patients in the treatment group were given orally Yiganjiedu capsule, 4 capusles, three times a day, 6 months for a period of treatment. The results was compared with that of hepatitis protecting combination treatment group, Lamivudine group and INF α group. RESULTS: The normalization ratio of ALT was 55.56%(9/18). The HBeAg negative rate was 11.11%(2/18). The HBV DNA negative rate was 44.44%(8/18), which was higher than that of the group by the combination treatment group ( P <0.01). No significant difference was observed in HBV DNA negative rate between the treatment group and INF α group. CONCLUSION: Yiganjiedu Capsule has a certain inhibition on the replication of HBV.
